Confidentiality is the condition of ARAN's work, not a policy statement. This page sets out exactly what this website collects and why.
What ARAN does with your information.

What this site collects
This website collects only what you type into a form. The consultation form collects your name, email address, phone number, company name, the practice area you selected, an approximate business size, and the message you write. The careers form collects your name, contact details, area of interest, experience level and a link you provide.
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
Why ARAN collects it
ARAN uses what you send solely to respond to your enquiry or application, and to carry on the conversation that follows. ARAN does not use it for marketing lists, and does not sell, rent or share it with anyone outside the firm.
Enquiries are delivered to aran.advisors@gmail.com and read by the advisors themselves.
How long ARAN keeps it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for two years and then deleted. Where an engagement begins, records are retained for the period ARAN's professional and statutory obligations require.
Applications are kept on file for one year unless you ask ARAN to remove them sooner.
Confidentiality
Everything you share is confidential from the first message, before any engagement letter is signed. What ARAN learns about your business stays inside the firm.
Your rights
You may ask ARAN what it holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to ARAN and it will act on it.
Email aran.advisors@gmail.com or call +91 73959 17320.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be described rather than quietly folded in.
This document is a working draft prepared alongside the website and is pending review by ARAN before launch.
