This site is information, not advice
Everything published here describes what ARAN Business Advisors does and how ARAN thinks. None of it is tax, legal, financial or business advice for your circumstances, and it should not be acted on as though it were.
Advice begins when ARAN has understood your business and agreed a scope in writing. Until then, nothing on this site creates an advisor–client relationship.
Accuracy
Tax and regulatory positions change. ARAN writes carefully and dates what it publishes, but an article accurate on the day it was written may not be accurate today. Check the date, and check with ARAN.
Engagement terms
Project engagements are fixed-fee against a defined scope. Retainers are monthly against an agreed scope. Both are quoted in writing before any work begins, and the engagement letter governs the work, not this page.
Content and marks
The text, design, icons and the ARAN wordmark on this site belong to ARAN Business Advisors. You are welcome to quote from an article with attribution and a link. Reproducing the site or its design is not permitted.
Links out
Where ARAN links to another site, it is pointing at something useful, not endorsing everything on it, and not taking responsibility for it.
